As artificial intelligence, platform economies, and global disruption continue to reshape industries, many of tomorrow’s most valuable roles are still undefined.Traditional career paths are fragmenting, job titles are evolving, and skills are becoming obsolete faster than ever before. In this environment, success increasingly depends not on rigid planning, but on adaptability, experimentation, and the ability to learn in motion. Drawing on insights from his research and writing, Christopher Bishop will examine how professionals can prepare for and actively shape careers that are still emerging. The talk will challenge conventional ideas about career progression and offer practical frameworks for navigating ambiguity with confidence.
