Election of Lord Mayor and Lunch at Barber Surgeons’ Hall

If you are a Liveryman, please email clerk@internationalbankers.co.uk if you would like to attend the ceremony and you will be sent a voting card. As usual, it will be a morning full of colour, pomp and pageantry. The Lord Mayor for whom you will be voting will be Alderwoman Dame Susan Langley DBE.

The election will be followed by an informal lunch at Barber Surgeons’ Hall.

Anyone from the WCIB can attend the lunch: you don't have to be intending to vote and you don't have to be a Liveryman. All are welcome!

Timing for voting: to be seated by 11.45

Timing for lunch: 12.30 – 14.30 (may start later if voting overruns)

Cost: £62.50 inc VAT – includes drinks reception and two course lunch with wine

Location for lunch: Barber Surgeons’ Hall, Monkwell Square, Wood St, Barbican, EC2Y 5BL

Dress code: Morning or lounge suit (men); smart outfit with optional hat (women)
