Election of Sheriffs & Lunch
Liverymen - take part in City pageantry and vote for the Sheriffs on June 24. This will be followed by lunch which is open to all members.
If you were clothed as a Liveryman on or before May 2025, you can vote in the Election of the Sheriffs at Guildhall on Wednesday June 24.
Please email clerk@internationalbankers.co.uk if you would like to attend, to receive a voting card. As usual, it will be a morning full of colour, pomp and pageantry.
The election will be followed by a convivial three-course lunch at our 'home', Wax Chandlers’ Hall.
Anyone from the WCIB can attend the lunch: you don't have to be intending to vote and you don't have to be a Liveryman. All are welcome!

Timing for voting at Guildhall: to be seated by 11.45
Timing for lunch: 13:00 – 15.00 (may start later if voting overruns)
Cost: £87.50 inc VAT – includes drinks reception and three course lunch with wine, coffee and chocolates
Location for lunch: Wax Chanders’ Hall, 6 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7AD
Dress code: Morning or lounge suit with tie (men); smart outfit with optional hat (women)
