Election of Sheriffs & Lunch
Liverymen - take part in City pageantry and vote for the Sheriffs on June 24. This will be followed by lunch which is open to all members.
If you were clothed as a Liveryman on or before May 2025, you can vote in the Election of the Sheriffs at Guildhall on Wednesday June 24. You will be voting for Alderman Prem Goyal and Alderman Tim Levene.
Please email clerk@internationalbankers.co.uk if you would like to attend, to receive a voting card. As usual, it will be a morning full of colour, pomp and pageantry.
The election will be followed by a convivial three-course lunch at our 'home', Wax Chandlers’ Hall.
Anyone from the WCIB can attend the lunch: you don't have to be intending to vote and you don't have to be a Liveryman. All are welcome!

Timing for voting at Guildhall: to be seated by 11.45
Timing for lunch: 13:00 – 15.00 (may start later if voting overruns)
Cost: £87.50 inc VAT – includes drinks reception and three course lunch with wine, coffee and chocolates
Location for lunch: Wax Chandlers’ Hall, 6 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7AD
Dress code: Morning or lounge suit with tie (men); smart outfit with optional hat (women)
